Accidentally overdosed on ventolin this morning... only really just realised for sure that that's what I did.
I'm just going to have a little whinge now, so feel free to not keep reading... OH MY GAWSH THIS IS SO DEEPLY UNPLEASANT, I'M SO NAUSEATED AND DIZZY AND MY HEAD ACHES AND UGH. THIS IS SO NOT FUN.
Don't take too much ventolin, kids. The effects are horrible.
I got out of bed with an asthma attack this morning and took a few puffs too many of the ventolin... went jogging directly afterwards and had breathing issues, which is not unusual, but felt dizzy, which is. Thought that I must be getting the flu from the kids at work, but have since realised that I just took too much ventolin. Only realised that after taking MORE though, which sucks. So I probably won't feel OK again until tomorrow.
I have done this before, but not for years, and I had forgotten just how nasty it feels. Sorry for the whingeing, guys. I just felt like yelling about my discomfort from the rooftops and thought this would be a better, less intrusive medium for that sort of thing.
